For those of you that enjoy walking / biking, this location is amazing.  We have a bike rack onsite.  You can probably leave your car parked for days on end if you like!

Rental rates for 2024-2025 range from $1100-$1300/mo. for our large 1/1 units, which is lower than most other 1/1s in the area.  BUT, just to sweeten the deal, we pay water/sewer/garbage utilities, and include a GUARANTEED parking space for your car.  As if that wasn't already enough, all of our units include washer/dryer (inside), and  dishwashers.  Luxury units are an upgrade with stainless steel appliances, wood/tile/stone flooring, upgraded fixtures, crown molding, and...you get it!
